Some people just can’t get enough of Angry Birds, be they the space variety or otherwise. Fortunately for those folks, Angry Birds Space just got an update that adds 10 new levels for free, along with some other perks like free space eagles — those “I Win” buttons that you use when you’re having a difficult time with a certain stage.
The new levels follow the icy planet motif, so they’re nothing you didn’t see when Angry Birds Space was first released, but a new physics puzzle for free can’t be a bad thing. Usually when you want to play beyond the initial few stages of the game on your iPhone or iPad, you must spend more money in the app to buy them.
The new levels are available on both the Apple App Store for iOS devices (including the iPad, iPhone, and iPod touch) and the Google Play marketplace for Android phones and tablets. The update also tweaks the way those “I Win” space eagles work; you now receive one every time you log in for the first time in a day.
Oh, and according to its Apple App Store description, the update “addressed crash issues in older devices.” So that’s a plus if you’re behind the times! If you already have the app, the update should already be available to you. If you don’t have the game already, just go to one of the stores below to grab it.
