PopCap released free updates to its wildly popular game Plants vs. Zombies on the iPhone and iPod Touch. The iPad version, Plants vs. Zombies HD, has also been revamped.
The update for the smaller gadgets has added nine levels of the Vasebreaker Endless mini-game, four new Game Center achievements, and some new coin packs. Players on the iPad have extra goodies, including four new mini-games, two added game modes, and 28 new achievements on Game Center. So if you’ve ever wanted to play as a zombie, now is your chance! Plus, the attack is now ready to go global with the addition of support for French, Italian, German, and Spanish in both versions.
You can find the updates for all these devices now in the App Store. With the recent release of Pirates! on the iPhone, iOS users may want to budget in a little extra gaming time to properly enjoy all the new options.
