If you crossed The Matrix with X-Men and set it to an intoxicating dance electronica track, you’d have the music video for M83′s track “Reunion.” It’s the second single from the group’s 2011 double album Hurry Up, We’re Dreaming.
The video is directed by Fleur & Manu, who were the brains behind the album’s first video, “Midnight City.” Both tracks have related music videos featuring a group of telekinetic children being chased by shady government operatives. “Reunion” finds the kids running through dark city streets and fending off an attack from one of their own.
Hurry Up, We’re Dreaming peaked at No. 15 on the U.S. charts. It’s available as a digital download and stream on eMusic and other services.
